I'm a director looking to put together a theatre crew in order to produce and perform plays (nationally and beyond). My project is in a developmental state at the moment and in need of a person to take care of the accounting, taxes, earnings from performances and payments to the crew, and to assist with production and various "bandi" and "agevolazioni" for theatre, as well as fundraising and, of course, with the creation of such a crew. The person must speak English, as Italian is not my first language. The crew will function as a group or association and all profits will be split amongst the members according to a predefined system. I don't believe this makes the crew a non profit organisation. Any expert on this site who wants to offer a preventivo needs to know beforehand that I do not have a budget for the crew and my suggestion for paying for their services will be after every performance season, as a first priority or only the first payment will be made that way and from the first performance on, payments could be made according to their preferences.
